Blasian Fusion — Local services in Cleveland

I've tried the Ground Beef Philly with Cheese Bowl and the Turkey Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll. Both were flavorful and fresh. The Turkey Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll had I think two thinner egg rolls and sauce (I think?), a good size to hold you over. The Ground Beef Philly with Cheese Bowl is big enough for either two meals or one really hearty meal.

When I got the bowl I didn't realize it had sides, so I got some Egg Roll Chips and Tempura Broccoli -- they were so good it caught me by surprise! Both the Cherry and Apple desserts are good, not too sweet or rich. But the apple dessert roll is my favorite.

The people were pleasant as well. In my opinion, it's worth stopping in and trying something. I've liked everything...

Wow! Blasian Fusion completely exceeded my expectations. I had the vegetable egg rolls and they were massive—each one packed with a generous amount of fresh veggies and wrapped in the perfect golden crunch. You really get your money’s worth!

The rice was perfectly cooked—fluffy, flavorful, and a great pairing with the egg rolls. And let me just say, their sweet chili sauce is the chef’s kiss—just the right balance of sweet and heat that tied everything together beautifully.

First time diner tonight! Live in the neighborhood and was excited to have a new option open on East 185th. Definitely can see why Blasion Fusion expanded to a brick and mortar because the egg roll in a bowl really delivers: rice cooked to perfection, huge portion, very tasty right down to the sauce choices. And the bowl has low oil / no fried content if that's something you'd be concerned about. Definitely will be back to try the other bowls and chat more with the delightful...
