I've been shopping at Grocery Outlet since they were named "Canned Foods". Years later they changed their name to "Canned Foods Grocery Outlet" with the now sadly missing iconic rainbow logo on their stores. A trip to "Rainbow" as my friends and I called it, was always an adventure. They seemed to get new products in daily. If you hesitated and didn't buy your newest find when you first saw it you were going to be out of luck because some other smart shopper would and did. It made grocery shopping exciting in a way....you always got new things to try and saved a butt load of money in the process. To make it an even better experience they have a great satisfaction guarantee... If you don't like it bring it back, with the receipt of course, within I believe 30 or 45 days and they issue a refund. To be honest I have been a little too adventurous in my shopping a few times over the years and bought a some things that later made me question my sanity...so I have first hand experience with their guarantee. Over the years they've added fresh produce, dairy, deli, fresh meats and most recently an incredible new selection they call NOSH (Natural, Organic, Specialty and Healthy). If you just want high quality natural organic products at great prices then look no further. They also have an extensive vegetarian selection and even vegan if those are your thing. They also have a variety of products for folks with food allergies. All this plus prices that can rarely be beat, employees who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable AND you save big every time you shop. It's a win, win situation here! literally EVERY TIME i get fish or seafood here it is bad. I don't know what they're doing wrong, I don't know if they're getting old seafood that they think it's okay to resell, but shrimp, fish seafood should not smell like ammonia that ammonia is an indication that the seafood has gone bad. Sometimes REALLY bad! You're going to wait till someone Suze?

People, when you thought your frozen fish and seafood from this place, smell it and take it back if u smell ammonia, they need to know that this is going on and do better!!! Usually, from this place you can even smell it when it's still frozen as soon as you open the bag.

I always get some things here, but never again fish or seafood.I've tried at least seven times and every single time, not even exaggerating, it is bad. I just tried again, after maybe a year of never getting fish or seafood here and I got shrimp… And it's bad. If they don't give a f&€@ If they are making people sick, Then they need to be forced to pay attention to the issue or taken to court. Reported it, if everyone they go to bad fish reports it... I agree with Stacy White who left a recent review about this place having customer dis-service.

We tried to "exchange" a defective bottle of wine that the tip of the bottle broke while we were trying to open it, btw we never had this happen ever.

The cashier at the store and the store manager, Jake HuffmanI, treated us like my wife and I were some kind of bums trying to ripp them off because we didn't have a receipt. Are you serious what store does that? We just wanted to exchange it, they sold it to us defective. I told the manager that we have spend thousands of dollars at his store and if he was going to treat us that way we were done buying from them. They both looked at us like they could care less. We have exchanged items at WinCo in the past without a receipt, now that's customer service. Maybe this idiot Jake should learn something from other stores management. I think this Jake Idiot should manage a local public restroom because that's all he qualifies for.

Long story short, we are taking our business to WinCo or Fred Meyers.
