EDIT: Im upping my review from 1 star to 3 stars ONLY because iv reached out to the manager today and he was very pleasant to speak with, he listened and I felt life his care and concern was genuine. He offered for me to come back and give them another chance with a free shoe rentals. I felt that was a reasonable offer, so I will.

wish I could give a negative score!! I took my 5yr off granddaughter here for her first time bowling. The lane we were on kept malfunctioning and made the experience not very fun. All our balls kept getting stuck (3x) where we had to wait for them to run in the back and retrieve them, then the machine was recognizing when we bowled a frame and wouldn't record the score or advance to the next person. After only five frames we had had enough and decided to not even finish. When I went to speak to the night manager he said s a courtesy, he would only charge us for the frames we played. It cane out to a little under $22... as I have been in customer service my whole career, I was astounded that he didn't offer like free shoe rentals or a free game at a later date, when I mentioned that, he said he was being nice and did me a favor by only charging me for the frames I bowled. The right thing to do would of been to offer me a free game to get me to come back in and spend more money. I will never step for in this place again even though I live basically right next door. I will drive across town next time to a more reputable well cared for place. I will be reaching out to Tim the owner tomorrow. Not because I want any compensation, but I want him to know how his so called night manager had caused him to lose...

Great, friendly, helpful staff. Lanny saved my ball after it had been drilled absolutely wrong for me at another place and that place was not cool about fixing it because he didn't agree with how I like to hold my bowling ball. I explained that to Lanny and how it made me feel. I told him I understood that it wasn't a typical drill, but it was what I wanted. He was super kind, informative and also gave a few suggestions of his own. Now, I have a ball that fits me perfectly and I couldn't be happier. The place is clean, snack bar is great and carries a good selection of beers and ciders as well. Lanes are nice and well maintained with good seating. My only complaint: I wish they could figure out their TouchTunes Jukebox and where it plays and how loud. Music is what makes it fun for me when I bowl and sometimes you can't hear it where you're at and it doesn't always get fixed when requested (maybe they don't know how or maybe they don't like my music?!?!) But they do provide that and I do spend money for it, so would be nice if it would either be able to be heard or they could just say they don't prefer it played. Wouldn't be totally offended. But, that's my only complaint and despite the diatribe, a very minor one compared to the service, quality, and value you get when...

DO NOT GO TO THIS BOWLING ALLEY!!!! I was so excited to go bowling. I came here for my birthday and I hadn’t bowled in forever. First off they had a terrible selection of balls, completely inconsistent no different size finger holes or anything. Then the lanes started malfunctioning pins going in the gutter, the rake not working and then balls not coming back(after it took forever to find the right balls in the first place!). We also payed per hour which is more cost effective if you bowl consistently but that was not possible with the amount of malfunctions that kept happening. Then a worker had the gall to tell me that everybody else’s lanes were having just as many problems which was not true cause I took note of every lane after the third malfunction. The only thing they did to make it right was add a few measly minutes to our time instead of changing lanes or giving us a couple free games(which was the amount of time wasted on waiting for every one of the 14 or more malfunctions to be fixed).
