The lovely lady at cashier helped me pick the one blue poisonous mushroom I want 🍄🟫 ソライロタケ 空色茸
It is found in Honshu and Shikoku in Japan, as well as in Southeast Asia, South America, and Australia. It is a decay fungus. It grows solitary or in small colonies on the ground in coniferous and broadleaf forests, or mixed forests, from summer to autumn. It is said to be a somewhat rare mushroom, but in some places it can appear for several years.
The fruiting body consists of a cap and stalk, and is bright sky blue with fine, fibrous scales. The cap measures 2–3.5 centimeters (cm) in diameter. It begins as a cone, then opens to a rounded shape, then flattened to a medium-height peak. It dries to a slightly whitish hue. The underside of the cap has sparsely spaced ridges that grow up on the stalk or are nearly separate. The ridges are initially sky blue, then flesh-colored as the spores mature. The cap flesh is pale blue and when the fruiting body is damaged, it easily becomes discolored with yellow stains. The stalk is 4-7 cm long and 3-5 mm thick, with a slightly twisted fibrous pattern on its surface. The basidiospores are quadrangular, colorless, and non-amyloid, measuring 9.5-12 micrometers (μm) in diameter. The spore print is pale pink. The marginal cystidia are cylindrical to...
