The lovely lady at cashier helped me pick the one blue poisonous mushroom I want 🍄‍🟫 ソライロタケ 空色茸 It is found in Honshu and Shikoku in Japan, as well as in Southeast Asia, South America, and Australia. It is a decay fungus. It grows solitary or in small colonies on the ground in coniferous and broadleaf forests, or mixed forests, from summer to autumn. It is said to be a somewhat rare mushroom, but in some places it can appear for several years. The fruiting body consists of a cap and stalk, and is bright sky blue with fine, fibrous scales. The cap measures 2–3.5 centimeters (cm) in diameter. It begins as a cone, then opens to a rounded shape, then flattened to a medium-height peak. It is a member of the genus Caprae (including Caprae purpurea, Caprae serrata, and Caprae serrata), but this species usually lacks a central cap wart.[3] Some illustrated guides note that it sometimes has small, papilla-like projections in the center of the cap.The cap surface is a beautiful sky blue covered with fibrous scales. It dries to a slightly whitish hue. The underside of the cap has sparsely spaced ridges that grow up on the stalk or are nearly separate. The ridges are initially sky blue, then flesh-colored as the spores mature. The cap flesh is pale blue and when the fruiting body is damaged, it easily becomes discolored with yellow stains. The stalk is 4-7 cm long and 3-5 mm thick, with a slightly twisted fibrous pattern on its surface. The basidiospores are quadrangular, colorless, and non-amyloid, measuring 9.5-12 micrometers (μm) in diameter. The spore print is pale pink. The marginal cystidia are cylindrical to club-shaped.

Well stocked with quality Japanese and other Asian items. Groceries and other goods similar to Mitsuwa, Marukai, Daiso, etc. Very reasonable prices considering how far away Eureka is (probably cost you more in time and gas to get some miso, Pocky, natto, rice, canned coffee, nori, sake ... ). Jusk ask them what they have! Super friendly and helpful owners. They even have they ready to use frozen Oden packs!

I can't believe I hadn't been here until just last week. They have a very well-stocked store, and my kids were thrilled with the ramen, boba-making ingredients, and cool drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love love love this place!! They have the best and cutest bowls for ramen!! Their ramen selection is awesome and they have everything you could ever need or want to make your own broths!! They sell super bad a$$ knives! As a chef I'm very picky about my knives but I've added a few of their knives to my collection and they are amazing and beautiful!! Their sake selection is awesome. You have to try the mango one! It's dangerous!! Dangerously good!! Three or four of those and you will be good. They have sake cups and little ceramic jars to pour for the fancier sake drinkers. I got a beautiful set with lucky cats on it. They have octopus already cooked in case you are to shy to cook your own. They have a super awesome wall of chopsticks. They also have training chop sticks for kids. They have rice cookers and steam baskets! This store literally has all your Asian need and wants!! I love this place and the staff are always super helpful and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in town. They are currently only open three days but that hopefully will be changing soon as the covid restrictions...

Little Japan is a gem of a specialty grocery store. They have an excellent selection of different types of rice, sauces, sushi ingredients, candy, snacks, noodles, teas, spices and more. They also have a wall of household items like chopsticks, graters, rice shapers, tea pots, dishes, origami paper and other useful gadgets and utensils. If you like Sake' this is the place. Their well stocked and varied sake section has a range of value from everyday to very fancy selections. If you are looking for a quality kitchen knife, this place has a suprisingly large selection of high value quality knives at reasonable prices. Definitely check here if you are in the market for a nice knife. The guy who owns the place is very kind and knowledgeable. I...
