If it was possible to give a negative star rating that is what the rude owner of this shop would get! I have shopped in this store several times for Mother's Day, friends' birthdays, bridal showers, for myself, you name it! On Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I was searching for a gingerbread cookie cutter and stopped here. The owner was rude, dismissive and completely ignorant about good customer service! She actually asked if I had ever been in before, then acted like I was requesting some speciality item. She actually stated, "you people never come in here then you show up at Christmas and expect us to have everything!" Who knew a gingerbread cookie cutter at Christmas was an unreasonable item? Not me that's for sure! I will take my shopping dollars to others in our community or out of town! If you want to own a business based on customer service, don't be such a nasty...

Went to this little shoppe this weekend and received the WORST customer service I've ever had in my life.

The lady working at the counter on Saturday around noon was absolutely horrible. She was unfriendly and unprofessional, when we commented on how hot the inside of the store was, she argued with us, saying that it was freezing cold in there and we must be having hot flashes. I was amazed she had the balls to speak to my mother like that! We proceeded to try to purchase our wares and she decided that she was going to swipe out credit card repeatedly like she was angry at it. When asked to stop, she argued that was the way she used her machine otherwise it wouldnt work.

As first time travelling visitors to this town, we will never go back into this store. What a horrible experience. I really hope she wasn't the owner...

These Ladies from Montana Gifts &Home today went out of the way to help my husband and me to retrieve my cell phone. I left it next door but when we returned, that Café was closed. We were really really worried since we had to leave next morning from Kalispell to return to Europe. They not only reached the owners for us but also arranged a handover in their store. We were so overwhelmed we flat out forgot to ask their names, but they will know when they read this. What a showcase of helping, good citizenship and honesty from all involved in this Episode. We will never forget Eureka. Thank you so very much,...
