Winn-Dixie — Local services in Eustis

Misleading, incomplete and inconvenient sale signage posted concerns me like the one in my example which was on the table of 8" fruit pies near the bakery in the Eustis store. There were 8" apple, peach and strawberry pies on the table. The sign did not specify the sale was on any specific flavor, so I selected a strawberry and a peach pie from the table for my BOGO as per the sign. I got home and noticed that I had been charged full price for each and called the store. I was told only the Apple pies were on the BOGO, so I returned the pies and pointed out that the pies had been on the BOGO table. I went back by the bakery to see what sweets were on the new sale to find the same full table with the same issue only the sign was for $3.49 for 8 inch fruit pies. There was still No apple only specifications so I asked the lady at the bakery. She told me that the sign was set slightly to one side of the table so I should know it was only for apple pies. I came in for crab legs. They all looked alittle freezer burnt, was told that's all they had. So had them cooked. Upon getting them home they smelled more crabby then usual and I smelled a hint of bleach. Thought the bleach could be on outside since the guy was cleaning up so decided to try and eat. They still smelled stronger then normal. The meat stuck in 60% of legs. Before finishing I got violently, so guess my nose knew there was something wrong. Was sick throwing up for a couple hours . Also at check out I spent 52.00 even, I handed the girl 62.00, she tried to hand me 7. And change back. Had to explain 3x for her to understand give me 10.00 back. So avoid the...

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star 8 out of 10 times we buy meat here it's bad. Just returned a ham I bought before Christmas to have New Years Eve very because it was riddled with hard black smelly tumor's. And they're response was well no reciere no refund we'll exchange it. I don't want another nasty piece of meat from your store .Produce always has fly's store is dirty. Shelves have sharp edges that will cut you if you're not careful. The store Mngrs response oh welleat goes bad if you don't want to shop here don't we have other customers. Really well I won't ever at any Winn Dixie. And I will be calling Corporate. Should have know better than to not shop...
