Poor customer service … multiple times I have ordered online - once it was ready at the time it was promised - however this time was inexcusable-I ordered a sub at 12:20 on the ap it said would be ready at 12:35 - arrived at the store at 12:40 the ap said “building” so I did not expect it to be ready - but they had not even started the sub and then it marked it “ready” - ordering online is suppose to lessen the time waiting- the very rude worker named Autumn would lose a snail race - she was very argumentative during the process after waiting over 10 minutes I asked her to please hurry - I had groceries in the cart outside - she stopped making the sub to ask me not to talk to her -I told her I would do a review and she stated “do you think I care “ apparently not.. as promised here is your review and I will be ordering from Publix right next store from now on - weekly...
Read moreNot the best experience. I ordered 3 foot long subs for dinner. Steak and cheese was supposed to be double meat, it wasn't. I questioned if that was double meat and they insisted it was. I'm pretty sure one tray was meat for one foot long, it should have been two trays as I have ordered this sandwich many times. BMT was just okay, light on the veggies and not the same without mayo and provolone, they were completely out! My son ordered a Mexicali and he liked it. They were out of rootbeer as well. The young man said he didn't know how to change it to a new one. But not being "allowed" to give me a whopping 16 dollars back from a 50 almost made me walk out. I make it a point to be friendly no matter my mood as I work in retail and understand how hard it is working with customers. I get yelled at quite frequently. I’m beginning to understand it’s workers like this that give people bad experiences and maybe that’s why customers are the way they are. This isn’t the first bad experience at this location.
