the store reminds me of a cigar/pipe lounge! a large spacious floor with free coffee and wifi, there are comfortable chairs and music with no time limit to sit down and vape while you visit. all questions one has are answered with honesty and humility.

the staff is more than willing to educate you about the vaping industry and will help or teach you how to use any of their products with genuine patience. the kind environment will make you feel at home.

Was driving across the country on a move home stopped on a whim I Saw the sign from i-80 couldn't have been happier. I mean these are people you invite to your home for dinner. I feel terrible I can't remember the ladies name but her and the gentleman with a ponytail I think his name was Zack literally could not have been any nicer or more knowledgeable. They were friendly approachable the service was great the prices seemed fair if you're anywhere nearby do yourself a favor and stop here. Thank you to Natalie and staff for taking the time to fix the issues I previously had. I'm happy to be a customer at this store and will continue to shop here , this store can get busy! But the staff does their best to cater to everyone's needs in a timely manner . They have gone above and beyond to fix a couple issues I had with equipment I purchased here. And honestly they didn't have to. Selection is good , and so are the prices . I'm happy to spend my money here as I'm paying for the convenience and the overall experience of being able to walk into a shop and see what I want in person before buying.
