I went in here to upgrade my phone and I am not an authorized person on the account so I could not upgrade which I was fine with but the entire time I was explaining my situation to Michelle she was acting like I was lying about my dad not being able to come in with me as he lives in another state. I am good about not taking offense to these types of things so I kindly said “thank you for your time anyway, I appreciate it” and as I was leaving neither Michelle or Amber said anything to me. Not a goodbye, have a great day, sorry we couldn’t help you, nothing. From now on I will be taking my business with AT&T to Utah as I would rather pay to drive an hour and 10 mins each way than receive the customer service I received today. Which is disappointing as I was very excited to have an AT&T local here in town. I also never leave reviews because I understand people may have bad days but I couldn’t help but feel like these two lady’s could’ve cared less about...

I've always had good outcomes whenever visiting these stores. They are usually long in duration, and sometimes things are broken, but the reps always do their absolute best to help with your problem.
That was not my experience in this store.
The rep was very kind, but did not appear knowledgeable.
And I've never ever had a rep barely try to fix my phone issue, and then casually hand it back only partway fixed. I was honestly dumbfounded. That's never happened to me before. Usually they stay with you for however long it takes to solve the issue, or if it's a case where you may need a replacement...THEY HELP WITH IT.
