FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in Evanston

We drove from Utah where we go to a local Fizz. We saw this location and I talked my husband into stopping even though he thinks it’s a rip off to spend a lot of money on soda. I ordered him a specialty drink and myself a Diet Coke and a popcorn ($8). I opened up the popcorn to see that it was only filled 3/4 full. It tasted good though. Unfortunately, my drink was completely dead. On the way home, my husband picked up his soda to take a sip, and the lid was off. It almost caused an accident on the freeway. After the rash of explicatives for my husband’s foul mouth, he voiced his satisfaction of him, not tipping the for the lackluster effort of the boys. I live in Utah, but I come through Evanston all the time to go camping up in the Uintas. I would say that I have been to fizz more than most. It’s a Sunday morning and I just waited 15 minutes in the drive-through line with two cars in front of me that is truly the worst experience I have ever had at any fizz anywhere. I don’t understand how it takes so long to make drinks. I will never return to this location. That was the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. The locations I go to in Utah would’ve busted out 15 people in that time that was absolute insanity...

My order was over the phone and I sat and waited for 15 minutes in line in the car. It only moved 2 car spaces. So they've had my order for 25 minutes, but since they won't open the lobby, you can't go in and get the drinks. You want me to wait twenty five minutes drinks. When I left, there were still four cars in front of me. So in other words, if I put it all together with some math, you want me to wait 40 minutes to get 2 drinks that I ordered on the...
