Subway — Restaurant in Evanston

Micah is an amazing employee super nice, funny, and really outgoing. He is a hard worker during our time there his boss called and he politely asked if you could call her back because he was in the middle of making our sandwiches. This is his first night closing he told us and he's absolutely wonderful at his job I really enjoyed being served by such a positive young teenager. It's really hard to find young kids who not only are good at their jobs but treat the customers right and don't get easily frustrated nowadays. So Subway you hired a good one this kid definitely deserves a raise. He is going to be a really good asset to your company. He says yes ma'am no ma'am yes sir no sir you don't see that a lot nowadays. We got two of the #31 foot long meals the sandwich is absolutely amazing. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. I think it's my new favorite and I hope it stays. I also really like the new hot bread that they have here so I'm super excited as well and I hope the bread also stays sincerely...

Every time I've been in there the floor is a mess the store just looks disgusting the last time I was in there I got food poisoning me and my family the food was sloppy it made us all sick the was two teenagers there that didn't really care that we were even in the store they didn't greet us and say hello they basically active as if they could care less if we were there or not I have not been back at that Subway since it's now been like over a year probably closer to 2 years that one experience has made me dislike Subway has made me never want to eat there again. Every time up until we had gotten sick and we had gone into the store is when I had seen how dirty the place was a few times we went in and we seen how dirty it was I basically just told my family we were going to order drinks and leave I didn't want to be rude and not order something since we have gone inside but I definitely didn't want...

No Toaster or Meatballs, "Deal Breaker? You can leave." Came in for some lunch on 8/30/19 around 10 am and I was informed the toaster was down and they were out of meatballs, okay I can live with that. I made a joke and asked if I could maybe get some extra cheese on my order as a discount for having the toaster down. The clerk told me that a lot of other customers walked out because the toaster was not working and if this was a deal breaker for me I should probably do the same thing. How rude! I pay $13 for a lousy sandwich that costs them $4 to make and they treat customers like this. I am telling all my friends and family about my experience here and I am not coming back. I rather give my money to Firehouse from now on, Subway on 162nd you can keep your cheese...
