One star is being generous with this place and the service there. The owner, John is rude and does not follow through on his word. After getting a faulty scooter from him that was taken to his shop to be fixed twice within 2 weeks of having the scooter he decided because he basically did not want to deal with my husband and I on giving us answers when we would call to check in on it and acted like it was a burden to him and harassment..mind you this is this man's business and that is part of running a business and none of the conversations were ever about anything other than his business and product we purchased from him. Anyways he agreed to rescend (refund) our payment we made towards it so far which is $500 we have the receipt to prove this and it was the Friday before labor day he agreed to write a check and send it out in the mail over labor day weekend so we waited and waited an entire week due to the holiday and a check never came so I go into his place of business today and he has the nerve to get verbally hostile with me and says he can do his best to send the check out by end of the week instead of Just writing it right then and there for the inconvenience of him not doing it when he said the first time. Then he went back and forth about writing and mailing the check and that we can just sue him. Needless to say during this process we have heard nothing but bad things about this guy and how he is a hustler so we will probably never see that check. He also admitted that he cannot keep up with the flow of his business so I recommend not giving him your business because you will just end up...

This place is a joke. I am eligible for free gov't assisted phones, for which they are the only distribution point. I have gone out there 4 times and still no phone. The local Veterans Administration even called them and told them that i needed that phone as i am very sick and needed it to contact doctors and vice-versa...a literal life threatening situation. The counter person and I suppose owner as it was always the same person told me they were in no way associated with the VA and did not have to respond to this and told me to leave. Again today i went there. There was only myself and one other person there. I was told to leave and come back 2 days from now when there were less busy. He was outright rude and nasty thru the entire experience. In the 4 days I was there i heard ppl leaving saying things like, "great, we may get the phone two weeks from now." (sarcastically). They represent Budget Phone. I would not get involved with either one were I you. USAC told me to contact Budget Phone, whom i was unable to get thru to in an afternoon of attempts at calling. I finally emailed Budget. USAC instructed me to contact them Friday if I did not have a phone by then. I am sick enough physically the trip there exhausts me. The VA has me on the red flag monitor closely status due to health. Yet i remain without a phone thanks to Davis Rental of Evansville IN. It will be interesting to see what USAC has...

I purchased a used scooter from these guys, had a couple of minor issues with it as you might expect with any used vehicles, the fuel pump was going out on it when I drove it home they came and picked me and the scooter up, took us back to the shop and got a new fuel pump installed and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes, then about a week later everything got frozen outside including my throttle cable, wide open on ice was extremely exciting, they took care of that, no problem, now little more than a month later the drive belt broke, and they say no problem we can take care of that wherever it's at, just sit tight he's a little busy today, but we got you. If service after the sale means as much to you as it does to me then support this local business, that is one category in which they will not be outdone! They have some really cool stuff other than...
