The staff is knowledgeable of EVERYTHING you could possibly have questions about, and are prompt, friendly, and professional in every way! The store sells both the parts (components), cables, multimeters, wiring, soldering irons, etc., AND consumer and business products, such as WiFi, antennas, routers and switches, audio and video equipment, server supplies, power supplies and backup batteries, etc., that you will NOT find anywhere else in town! And their prices are LOW - BETTER than anyplace online, and without the wait, shipping, and hassle! Plus you have the expertise of the staff to INSURE that you are purchasing the correct item(s)! Wife went in for a simple tv game switch like you would use for an atari and they told her they would have to order one. When it came in she picked it up and gave it to me,she was trying to surprise me.
