Beautiful stuff, but two staff members couldn't be bothered to ring up the purchase for my 75 year-old mother out while all three of them stood at the counter for over ten minutes. Both employees then went in back leaving my mom, her cash, and her desired purchase without acknowledgement.

They reappeared when we gave up and started to leave.
