I thought I left a review a while back but I'm not seeing it. I just have to let everyone know that this company goes above and beyond to provide good customer service. What started out as an iffy experience last year was quickly corrected and made right by the store manager. I don't remember the details but I do remember that he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We went on to purchase new flooring for our entire house from here and they are beautiful! They were affordable and we have had them almost a year and they are still holding up, very durable and we love them. One of the items we purchased did have a problem. The faucet sprayer stopped working and they took it back without hesitation. We will continue to shop here for all of our home improvement projects...

I had the worst customer service today that I’ve ever had anywhere. They knew how rude they were to me and didn’t care. I left feeling like the young man that waited on me could have cared less how I was treated. I will never go there again, I guess they don’t need my business. I worked retail most of my life, I would have been let go if I would have done...

Zach and Ken were so helpful without being overbearing or condescending. I came in with a random idea and anbsolutey no idea what I’m doing and they were so incredibly supportive. They got me what I needed, made further recommendations I didn’t know I even needed, and set me up for success. Highly recommend this store and these two team members...
