This place is amazing! The chocolates are super amazing and made from super great ingredients. They get both farmed and wild picked coco beans for Equador and hand sort through them. They showed and talked to our kiddos the roasting process and it was so fun. They also have chocolates for people with allergies, soy free, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free etc.

On top of that when we went, they were actually supposed to be closed, but Mark the owner was so kind and welcoming he let us come right in and let us taste all sorts of different flavors and purchse some anyway! On a recent visit from Ohio, we stopped into this adorable chocolate shop. Mark greeted us with a warm welcome and a lovely array of samples. He walked us through the process of making the chocolate and spent extensive time explaining the origin of high quality ingredients, as well as the flavor profile of each chocolate. The flavor was superb and it was very evident that extensive time, research and creativity goes into creating each type of chocolate. This was our fist time into Blue Spruce Chocolates and it won’t be our last. Mark, the owner and Chief Alchemist walked us through his craft with enthusiasm and a passion that was contagious. His chocolates are creamy and flavorful. With all natural ingredients, sustainability sourced, it’s not a wonder why these are award winning in the global market. I am looking forward to giving these as Christmas gifts. We look forward to visiting again....
