We were driving back from the mountain and stumbled upon Switchback Sweet Shack in Kitridge, Colorado. It's conveniently located right off the road, making it an easy stop. I grabbed a Coffee Crunch cone, and it was absolutely delightful—fresh, smooth, and full of flavor. We sat by the river with the family, enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was a perfect way to end our day....

Reminds me of when I worked at the local ice cream shop growing up on the Gramd Mesa...only this is homemade! It is so delicious. I loved my split maple pecan and coffee crunch in a waffle cone😋 Sit by the creekside and enjoy the pause! I did twice...

Top notch service 👌 Amazing ice cream! My son left his tablet there and the gentleman working the Sweet Shack was kind and honest by holding it for us. TIP: Ask about the secret garden tucked away by the scenic creek to enjoy your ice cream on...
