Today 4/8/2023 I come in to inquire about the cost of titling and licensing a car as I’ve done before as I pay in cash and wanted to make sure I brought enough in. I was greeted by a gal I haven’t seen before she glasses, hair in a ponytail probably mid 40s not a small gal either. You know who I’m describing and she told me she could not tell me a exact price just a rough ball park since I didn’t have the title. I told her I had the vin number and license plate number as well I explained that other employees have been able to do this before and thank god her co worker Rosie(I believe is her name) stepped in and told this lackluster employee how to do her job after a heavy eye roll she proceeded to type in the information Was given a price after 20 mins. I thanked her for her time and left.

While standing in line before my turn I observed this employee having extreme troubles with other customers. I know times are tough and it’s hard to find good help by my god this employee needs retrained or maybe put in charge of janitor duty. It’s not fair that her co workers are having to do their job and here’s at the same time. And as a customer it’s very frustrating after years and years of 5 star top notch service that now we have the bench warmer in payroll.

The rest of the store is good, has a nice selection and the pharmacy is great not to mention the other employees This is a treasure of a store to have in our small town the other employees are stellar and all go above and beyond what’s required of them. Which why their are 3 stars and not zero

I’m not really sure why the pharmacy requires so much hand holding. I was waiting on a prior authorization and after 10 days called to check the status, it had come back approved but the medication never was ordered. There was no communication, obviously I’m waiting for the medication. I was told it would be there the next day, drove in to get it only to be told it wasn’t there. I shouldn’t have to continually call to get the status or make sure prescribed medication was actually ordered, I’m not paid to do their job for them. Really frustrating and...

I wanted to break a $20 into smaller denominations, and they said that they do not do that there. I asked all the surrounding stores if I needed to break a $20 down if they would do that, and they all said of course as long as they had the smaller bills. Their reasoning behind telling me no perplexed me, so I checked with other local establishments to see if they had the same practice and if not if they felt it was unusual, inwich they greed it...
