Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Everson

No stars! I will never give little ceasers in everson my business again! Tonight I called in an order of three pizzas and two breadsticks ...and said I would be there at 530ish to pick up gave them 45 min to have it ready went there and they couldn’t find order and she goes ohh was it the Hawaiian ..and proceeded to repeat what I ordered and I said yes she goes it’s just going in now 20 more min I was already annoyed but sat in my car with my 3 Kids for 20 more min now it’s been over an hour since I called in my order I come back in and they couldn’t find it and the ticket just disappeared...didn’t make the pizzas or have any idea what happened to it ..and all she said was I’m sorry ! So they didn’t even have it...Horrible customer service and an absolute joke that , that happened ! Don’t go there !! I will be calling...

Customer service is lacking so much that I'd have to be desperate to stop and get anything ever again. Angel is mountains above them all, while getting off work he bent over backwards to help me when young blonde (name?) was upset to put my pizza back in the oven because it wasn't cooked long enough for my liking. My pizza had extra toppings and extra cheese so it needed a little extra time. She didn't even show me my pizza after she got it out of the oven or proceed to get the rest of my order. Just handed it to me without a word and went to the ovens. Angel noticed this while trying to get his register before leaving for the day. He went to get me the remaining items and got my plates too. Last night we ordered a fantastic 4 in 1 with no jalapenos, pepperoni crazy puffs with sauce, breadsticks with sauce, a slices and sticks with sauce and a custom thin crust pizza. We sent our son with the code to pick up the pizza, our mistake we thought the order would be complete and right in the pick up box. He came home with a 4 in 1 with jalapenos, cheese crazy puffs, and no sauce for anything. The only one you got right was the custom order. Disappointing and it ruined our night with the grandkids because we still had to cook when the whole idea of ordering pizza is not to. We live 20 mins away so to just come back was not an option.
