The parking lot is like a nascar and bumper car course. And I really miss the record store TUNES.....like I really miss it. Went here the other day to just pull over and do some emails on my phone. I saw the storefront and signage for TUNES and bolted out of my car and skipped like a child to the door.. CLOSED??!!!......CLOSED?! I shed a tear. Always loved used record stores. You could always find some real gems that were eithwr out of print or near impossible to find. Rhis was before the internet and streaming. Now all that magic os gone. All the obscure bands in listened to amd went to see play on dangerous "venues" (if you could even called the illegal places that) were like a secret club that I was now a part of. And the social aspect was incredible. Meeting other outcasts like myself. Not so much outcasts that were forced away from the normal.....but outcasts that especially chose to not be part of the normal. I loved going here in the mid to late 1990s....getting my mom too drive me since I grew up near collingswood. Trying to catch the eye of the cute girl looking at the Bikini 👙 Kill record 😂 Miss those days....punk and indie rock shows will always be a thing....not s much with covid now tho.....but the experience of buying physical music and only finding out about music by word of mouth or by show flyers posted all over building walls and telephone poles....those days are gone...

It has a fine Greek style restaurant which serves a great breakfast menu, lunch and dinner courses. There are also places for Chinese take out, a pizza place, and ice cream store. Also specialty stores such as Sweet Eats bakery and a pretzel shop. Other stores include a toy shop, a dollar store, Hallmark card and gift store, floral arrangements, and consignment shop. Captains corner. Decent local bar. Kitchen that evening was slow but the food was great. I ordered a chicken steak with bacon and Cajun seasoning with fries. The sandwich was great and the roll toasted. They served just a the right amt of fries perfectly cooked well done crispy like I requested. The only exception the side of mac salad was very room temp. Didn't ven try it. Bar tenders were attentive and didn't push drinks on my friend and like other places. They have a pool table and live music. Worth checking out if...
