Ordered 2 hams as gifts for family members. One arrived in a couple days, the other never arrived at all. We had let the recipients know they were coming, but since it's a gift, my nephew felt funny saying "hey, where's my ham?", so when i called him on Christmas day to see how it was, he said "i thought you ran out of time or forgot etc"... Ok, so any company can make a mistake - the question then becomes, how do they fix it? I called them the Monday after the holiday, they put me on hold for a bit and then said "do you want it re-ordered or canceled?" Thats it. I asked if they could tell me what happened here and they said "the shipper failed to pick it up" (UPS). I asked who's responsibility that was, and they said the shipping company. So i guess if they have ham waiting in the warehouse to ship, but UPS misses an order, its just sits there and rots? Strange. I canceled, and wont be ordering again. I mean seriously? not even a "we're sorry that this ham wont arrive for your family gathering - can we send some mashed potatoes with that replacement to apologize?" I was in there with my sister, as she had raved about the place and I was very excited to try. I have a visual impairment and often use my phone to look at menus, especially when they are not individual menus- So that I don’t have to be right up front and center, So that other people are also able to look. So I was doing that at this establishment And a woman- I was never given her name, But she seemed to be maybe middle-aged Very rudely Came out And asked me what I was taking pictures of. Her tone was very nasty and judgmental, And when I said I was blind She pretty much said oh okay and then laughed- Not in a nice way, but a very nasty way.
