I wish I could leave 0 stars ! I was truly disappointed at the service I received. I’ve come here a few times but my last service was just poorly done. I received a acrylic gel refill here last Tuesday but by Friday, my nails were breaking at the tips. I was down 4 nails in two days. It was ridiculous. I called Friday for a repair and they told me to come in late the next day. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I had to come in Monday and by then I was down 5 nails. The staff member I spoke to was very unprofessional and really didn’t schedule a time. She told me come between 2-3p. I asked them if this would be free of charge and the lady was hesitant to give me a response. It seemed very odd that I would have to pay for a repair when they did a poor job. When I initially got my refill, I told the nail tech that my natural nails were growing long underneath and asked if I should get a new set. She reassured me that she would make the refill thicker so they wouldn’t break but they broke anyway. So, when I arrive for my repair they were very rude and unprofessional. The nail tech who did my nails originally was being serviced by another nail tech. They made me wait until she was done. They asked me to show my nails and then proceeded to tell me I had to too many colors and they wouldn’t know where to find them. They started yelling at me to find the colors myself which was absurd because the lady hand picked those colors last time. I wasn’t able to find all the colors so one of the nails techs told me they can’t do that design and you have to choose one color for my repair. I was extremely upset at this point. I thought that was unfair because when you choose a 5 color design, you’re charged extra! So, I would be getting a repair for less than what I paid for. I was not agreeable to that so I told them I would like them to just take the nails off instead. They said okay. The nail tech offered a manicure to “clean them up” and I agreed. However, when I was done, they made me pay for the manicure ! I thought this was absolutely ridiculous and unfair because for the poorly done refill I received, I paid $50! When it only lasted two days and they refused to honor my original design. I don’t understand why I wasn’t offered a credit to my next service or a refund for at least the refill. They were so unprofessional about this experience even though I was the one who had poorly done nails and had to get them taken off. My manicure is horrendous. Read moreI’ve hopped around from nail salon to nail salon over the last 25 years. This is only the 2nd time I feel “I will be back for another great experience”! The 1st was a “medical pedicure” that I got while in St. Thomas! What makes me come back? Other than the GREAT mani/ pedi/ eyebrow wax? I enjoy & appreciate: Relaxed/ comfy environment, superior massage chair, great service & comparable cost!! The women who work there are true professionals and are committed to have clients leave with a smile on their face, having more than just a satisfactory experience. While I’m having my services done, I always enjoy the company of the staff. They are Asian, and need to occasionally communicate with each other in their native language. The majority of the conversations are in English and with clients! I’ve never felt that they are ignoring me, gossiping/ joking about “me”, (like I’ve experienced in some other places). If someone is said, they are happy to translate if I’m wondering. BONUS: They are located next to Whole Foods in Marlton, so it’s extremely convenient!! If possible, call ahead or go during the week/ daytime and there’s usually little or no wait!! Read moreThe place is nice, the staff is very nice, clean tools. My negatives are that the pedicure was very rough. My toes were fairly cut up afterwards, she was rather rough on the filing. Even the digging into your toes to remove the dirt and excess skin was very rough. The messaging, communication, and results (minus the minor cuts and red marks) were very nice. I could even feel the amount of of cuts when she put rubbing alcohol on, but it was more sting then normal. Maybe i’m sensitive, but i was really rough skin from physical activities.
