I am not one to leave a negative review and think people should have second chances. However, this is the WORST Chipotle known to mankind. My family are BIG Chipotle eaters and have been to many. This is closest to our home, and a few times now I have said I won’t go here again but keep giving them chances again and again.
They’re always out of something! If you dine in, good chance it’s dirty, no silverware and if you say something, the staff looks at you annoyed. If you get takeout, the portions are always inconsistent - lately barely any food. Today’s annoyance was the same one we’ve had a few times now - they are always out of the dressing. Last time, one of the employees told me it’s time consuming to make. It’s a bunch of entitled punks that work here. Do your job - so tired of this generation’s mentality. It’s not the dressing on why I’m so annoyed, but always the feeling that the employees here can’t smile, are annoyed to be working and god forbid you ask for something extra or that you paid for.
I can’t believe this Chipotle has an almost 4 star rating. The only way they have a 4 star rating is reviewers thinking it was the other one in Marlton in the Promenade shopping center or because it’s Chain with consistent food. Do yourself a favor - go to the one in Promenade or...
Read moreBen, at this location is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. As I entered around 9:30 PM, half an hour before closing, I greeted a gentleman cleaning up the station with a "hi how are you", to get no reply back from him, then a few moments later he says "you placed an order picking up?". I can tell he doesn't want to dirty up the station, but there's still 30 minutes prior to closing, I was initially going to sit down and have a meal, but his attitude made me feel unwelcomed! I later learned his name is Ben. Shortly after, a younger African American gentleman approaches me with kindness, and asks me for my order, he could tell that there was bad energy in the air so he gave me a generous scoop of protein. Right as this young man is about to ask me what else I want in the burrito, Ben cuts him off and says: "watch out make sure you don't dirty the station". Ben watches closely and examines the station afterwards making everyone even more uncomfortable. Ben is a bad representation of your brand chipotle as a whole, I think he needs to check his ego and be more kind to everyone, customers and co workers. As for the younger man, sorry I did not get his name, he saved the day and protected your brand, he is the only reason I'm...
Read moreI decided to visit this chipotle for the first time the other day. Wanted to check out a new location, and that day I was starving. I hadn’t eaten all day because I was working. No one was in there. Restaurant was completely empty, and I had gotten a salad bowl, and the chicken was cold... I immediately returned it because I didn’t want to get sick, especially with outbreaks in the past from chipotle.. I demanded for a refund, and the cashier behind the counter didn’t know how to process a return. Another worker had to grab the manager as she, and 6 other employees were chatting outside near someone else’s car... not sure what they were doing out there but instead of being outside talking, the employees should’ve been preparing the food better. Lack of experience, bad management, and never coming back here again. I’ll stick to the Marlton...
