I used to absolutely love this place and have been a loyal customer for years but after today I won't be going back. New guy i hadn't seen before behind the counter. Brought in a stack of things to trade in. Was poking around the store while he calculated my stack to decide whether I wanted cash or to trade in. Kept being asked what I wanted even though I had explained I wanted to look around first. Parking at this shop is very limited. I snagged the last spot and the car parked next to me was over their lines. I drive a compact vehicle so was fine to park close to the car next to me in the tight spot. Business owner for the pizza shop they share a lot with came in and complained she had to move her car because of me and fear of me "hitting her doors". Very awkward and rude when I was very careful. Anyways, guy finishes my stack and offered me not even 30 percent of what my stack was worth for cash. I understand needing to keep a business open. But when Gamestop will buy my stuff back for more then them and then some....time to move on. You're better off selling your stuff to gamestop and retro stuff on Facebook marketplace. Very...

Retro game stores are becoming more and more rare these days, (pun intended) This shop is such a gem I did a few trade ins in the past and was pretty pleased.

I had an issue with a trade in the other day. Ashton was so kind to help me make things right. I also got a generous trade in value for gems I brought in. Very happy overall. Dealt with another fine gent. Kristoff or Kristo. Sorry if I spelt wrong. Walked me through and was helpful just the same. Place is packed with both common and rare gems from all eras of gaming. Fair prices and trade in values. An absolute must for gamers. Great to support

Just being honest. There used to be a lad here that wasn’t as honest and unfortunately left a little blemish with his actions. I saw that first hand as my games weren’t in the best conditions. But these two young men corrected that and I’m still a customer.

A good friend of mine told me about this place at first I thought that it’s just going to be another overprice game store and have the same exact stuff as all the others but when I walked in, I was blown away from the amazing prices collectors items, a big selection of consuls all the old and new games for every system you can think of to the amazing employee. I did not catch his name, but this man is very knowledgeable, respectful trustworthy, not just on video games but the prices as Well And the history of every game in that store I did, in fact, walked out of there with something in my hands, this will be my new favorite video game store and this will be the only one I will be going to from now on, and I never have written any review on any store or any other place I’ve been to, so this will be my first review on the store for the man who I talk to so that’s why I’m giving...
