My experience was amazing! I know dress shopping is different for every bride, but Brooke's Bridal provides so many different ways for brides to have their dress experience while always keeping all the focus on what the bride wants/is looking for. I cannot recommend Brooke's Bridal enough!

I didn't do the big champagne appointment, it was just me, my mom, and my MOH back in October. I wasn't planning to walk away with "The dress" that day, and honestly I wasn't sold that I was going to have that feeling anyways. But this was the first place I visited that didn't pick out dresses for me, I got to browse myself and put on ones that I liked. I appreciated that, and it was fun for me and my mom and MOH! I ended up liking 2 dreses the best off the rack, and the dress that I thought I was going to like less was the one I ended up liking more! I had to try it on 2 times before I said yes, but the second time they let me put it on, they also gave me an example veil and flowers, and that was the first time I could see myself walking down the aisle towards my fiance. That's when I knew! And the entire time the assistants were listening to my thoughts and gave me fantastic ideas on how to make the dress uniquely mine during alterations. The price for the dress (and really all the dresses I tried on) were reasonably on the lower side of my budgeted amount for a dress, and they didn't let me pick any that were above which I truly appreciated!

I picked up my dress yesterday and the size and fit they suggested were exactly what I needed! They suggested that I go bigger to make alterations easier/possibly cheaper. I also bought my veil yesterday, and the one that we picked out together matches my dress and I would have never thought that that could happen! The dress shipping timing was exactly as they suggested, parking/access is easy, and the store never was filled with many people so I felt like it was a private appointment anyways. And they didn't try to upsell me on anything or make recommendations for things that I didn't mention myself first. Brooke and her team truly know how to make the bride feel like the center of attention while providing the best assistance/service for what the bride needs for finding her wedding dress. I accompanied my daughter to her bridal appointment on Sunday, 3/17 at Brooke’s Bridal and Ball in Fairfax, VA while here in the area for a visit with her. The location was very nice and the store was pleasant. Brooke was her consultant and things seemed to be going well until the last part of the appointment. Our appointment was 1-3pm and since my daughter really didn’t find anything that she wanted to make a decision about, she told Brooke that she needed to think about it, since she has a year and a month before the wedding. Well after Brooke heard that, her good attitude and good customer service went right out of the window. She was very abrupt after that to us even with 16 minutes left of the appointment. It was 2:44 and we asked if she could take my daughter’s measurements before the appointment ended and Brooke says we only have 10 minutes left. But she went and got a measuring tape. When we went to the front desk to get the information for the one dress she liked and her measurements, the other nice consultant at the desk pleasantly asked my daughter something about her visit and which dress she liked the most and Brooke impatiently snapped and answered as if she was tired of us being there since we weren’t buying anything that day even though the time was still within our 2 hour appointment time slot. This really left a bad taste in our mouths. To Brooke, it seemed like if you aren’t buying, you aren’t important enough to continue to be pleasant to. It was very disappointing after she shared that opening the shop had always been her dream.
