Once a school building, Fairfax Museum and Visitor Center is a good resource hub to visit and learn about the history of Fairfax and current community events. It has good exhibits and information. Staff are super friendly. Parking is easy in the museum’s lot. Through a visit to the museum, we learned about the difference between Fairfax City and Fairfax County, and other places/things to check out.
