Bad business unless ur giving them money. After u give them money and they dont deliver on their word for days they dont care and still keep your money even if they lied to you. ! They keep your money , wont give your product and provide the worse customer experiemce i have evee been subject to.

Original post date 4.7.25 I purchased a weeding ring from them on 1.19.25 was told would receive by 1.25.25. Was attended by fatima and some lady sana they promised in this case mislead me telling the ring would be ready for me and they draged out the cituation for days ended up not delivering on their word. I reported them to BBB their rebudle was me getting cold feet. I sent in my proof BBB i had to purchase new ring. BBB did all they could with no amswer besides first rebutle that i replied to with proof. They call me a liar but yet dont want to show the proof where they mislead me in order to keep my money . Gave them 4k or my hard earned money upfront and until now i have NO product and NEVER did ! ( cant return something i ne er had ) as they didnt deliver on their word and i had to buy another ring to get engaged and go trough with my plans Now they are just holding my money hostage while calling me a liar. not showing the video proof that shows im saying the truth and these peole to honer their word, but that is not the case. A one time experience turned into a nightmare. Do not buy anything from these people if you want to have an enyoyable experience.

If everything was done the way i was told on the day of purchase there would be no problebls. But i even had tk meet witj a random perosn who was bring my ring at 7.30 at night then said he forgot it was the last draw.

Horrible business paractices.

Owner called me she was just saying nothing new. trying me to go get say stuff that was no true accusing me of things because she was recording but so was i and told her so i never felt so lied to and stolen from before. Now seems like they dont honer tgeir word i had to honer mine and get married now i wont be able to pay food or bills because they decide not to refi d me my money on a product i never received.

Have not heard anything since from anyone. Only person who spke to me propely seems to not work there anymore as of the days i complained. Seems not only bad company to buy from but to work for also.

Update 4.8.25 They magically replied to BBB with no solution just dragging this out longer seems like they care more about money than people. They havent even tried to reach out to me to resolve anything. Thyere just happly keeping peoples money without any repurcussion.

U guys like to make up things its u derstamdable u want to.keep my koney but how about seeeing and listening to videos of date i purchsased i was lied to and the r8ng was not resdy the 25th like we agreed!!!

Lile they themselves say they will keep your koney even if service is mot provided and i tried to reolve once witj no luck. Huge pain and suffering these people making me and my fiance go trough dont buy here they will kepp your money eventho they did sonthing wring and is in video recoding in their hands.

Also any customization amd price all was discussed on 1.19.25 given date of 1.25.25 and was lied you knew everygthing that jad to.be done sonce day one just hit l Play and listed to.video and youll see im in the righ or if not please realease so pleople can see WHOLe video of purchase from start to finidh no edits or screen shots.and see who is in the righ. And ring was never ready wjat i was showed was nothing to what i had bought at that time last time j spoke tp someone wss the 29th was told i will be ready at 7.30pm wss not i returned to ur store to give u a certificate paper u have me not to get a ring i was not expecting as i had to purchase another. On the the 30th . And since tbe 19tj the only time i saw a ring sure it was tje ring...

I came into Valliani knowing I wanted to get my son a necklace but really not knowing exactly the style or look I wanted. Akasha pulled out a book to get an idea of what styles I liked and patiently waited as I chose what custom pieces were catching my eye. He then asked me what my budget was and put together multiple combinations of nameplate designs and chain styles for me to choose from. He thoroughly explained the weight, size, and answered all one hundred of my questions. I was completely blown away with the pieces I received today for my son and myself but I had changed my mind on the chain I wanted to go with it. I had a chain for myself but I needed my sons to be perfect for him. Akasha again patiently went through each style of chains showing me the looks of each one with the pendant on them so I could get a visual and be completely satisfied with my purchase! Asanka was able to offer me an amazing deal for the chain I chose! They were both very caring and have officially become my jewelers of choice. I’ve been to many jewelry stores and have never had such a great experience! I also brought in chains I needed to be fixed. They were happy to assist and even cleaned pendants I’ve had for a while. I highly recommend that if you wanting to go anywhere to purchase jewelry and create a trusting relationship with a jeweler… GO TO VALLIANI AND SEE AKASHA...
