Employees aren’t qualified to be working around children. The first ride my son picked to go on (after I bought 2 unlimited ride wristbands) was a firefighter funhouse thing. It was really tall and when my kid got part way up he got scared. The employee wouldn’t allow me on and didn’t go up to get my kid so he eventually got so scared he jumped down. He hurt his butt when he landed and was still scared once he got down. I asked the employee if there was a manager I could talk to and the employee said they didn’t speak English. I asked 2 more employees if there was any manager and they also said they didn’t speak English. So I decided to just report after leaving. I had my son go on one other ride but he got off and said he was so scared he just wanted to go home. We have gone 2 years previously and he has never been scared until this incident. This was at the Lodi grape festival Friday the 15th and I’m adding a picture of the employee that wouldn’t help my kid and the ride he was operating. The employees need to receive some sort of training to help children that are stuck.

I went to the one in Oakland, near the Coliseum, in March 2018. Nice, well-behaved crowd, friendly employees, clean, attractive, well-maintained attractions - what more could anyone ask of a traveling carnival? Tip: Skip the individual ride tickets and get the Unlimited pass. It's a better deal, especially since you get credit for the $5 admission.

Waste of time and money. All rides require an adult for under 36 inches. It is a robbery and staff force you to buy ticket and admission. This is the worst carnival ever came to fairfield.

On Sunday Feb 16, 2025 I took my family to the RIVERSIDE COUNTY FAIR for some family fun! My daughters wanted to get on the rides, my smallest is 35inches tall which I understand she won’t be getting on in a lot of rides. When we approached the very first ride which was the motor cycles that go in circles. My first daughter got her wristband scanned as my second one approached right behind her! Gentlemen (Hispanic guy) slammed metal door on her face! We right away told Him what was his problem and all he would do is point up at the sign. I spoke to him and in Spanish and explain you don’t do that! He said he didn’t and that he didn’t care what I had to say! One person got in where they almost got into a fist fight all because of his unprofessionalism! FYI, I spoke to supervisors which was three of them and nothing was done! He even laughed when they went to talk to him! I Took initiative and told the supervisor that he is not suitable to be around kids. His explanation was that they were Low on staff and didn’t have anyone to cover! I advise anyone that goes to be careful! These folks don’t speak English and don’t care for your presents!! Very disappointed with Butler Amusement Inc.! Specially when it’s over charge and can’t give...

Absolutely rudest customer service I have ever encountered at a children's event!!!! I bought a wristband that said it included free admission and waited in a long line only to be told we had to pay $5 admission. Ok so I go back and get the admission ticket and have to wait AGAIN through a long line. When we get to the front, the guy stops to tell me I need an admission ticket. At this point, we have more bands than hands and it's getting ridiculous. We eventually figure it out and then the metal detector. I'm told I can't bring water. I don't have water. I have my son's school backpack with empty canteen because he's going to his dad's after and needs his stuff for school. It's empty for God sakes. Like do you want to see my bank account, I'm not hurting to pay for water bro. Absolutely ridiculous. Eventually, we get in and are shooed away from the first ride. No idea why the man is screaming at my son but I walk over and speak to him in Spanish to find out someone has puked on the ride so we need to stand back because he needs to run it to clean it. It was a spinning ride so in other words, if we didn't want to get sprayed with vomit, we needed to clear the area. I will never ever...
