Came in today and noticed a lot of new faces and maybe a little bit of hope for a better service than before. Ordered smoothies and pretzels for the family. With tip. It cost about $60. As we wait. I noticed most orders that was done after us has been passing us until the place is almost empty. I finally went to the counter and noticed that our order is done... all of it, but it was just sitting there. The lady was about to give an order to another customer that is about to pass us again while our order is ready. I pointed out that our order is ready and she looked at it and asked if that's my name on the order. I acknowledged her and she looked over and saw all the pretzels sitting by the warmer. She asked the cashier to hand it over to her, which is about 2 to 3 steps away from her. So we finally got our order. NOT impressed with this new crew. So not much changed. It wasn't busy when we got there. There were few that came in after us which most of them got their orders completed before us. Jamba Juice in Vacaville by the outlet does so much better. If there is a next time, I will definitely skip the tip, because you don't how the service will be after you pay. Sorry,...
Read moreAfter a few misses, one JJ team member finally got my smoothie right. Was it the tip? I don't mind if that made the difference. Today, my custom smoothie was awesome! However, I have always have a great experience with the team members. Awesome humans! When both customer service and product are on point, it's a beautiful thing.
Hmmm.... I needed the option to post a separate review for today. So today, I went for my "regular" smoothie, which is anything but regular. I am completely aware that I go completely off the grid with this combination. However, most major smoothie chains has something on their menu that can be worked with and "doctored." For the most part, you pay an upcharge, they accommodate. Today was the same, except I opened my mouth to say that "when it's done "right" it's brown" (from cacao or cocoa). Read moreI wasn't feeling well, so I went in to get a drink with some vitamin C in it. There were already a few people inside when I was walking in the door. The employees were super sweet and very busy. There were only two people working during this lunchtime rush. The drinks are very expensive and delicious, but because it was a lunchtime rush, it took a long time to get our drinks. You can't fault the employees for not having enough staff, but I try to be honest in my posts. Great job girls! Manager, shame on you for for under staffing.
