Do NOT DO BUSINESS with this bookstore. If you forget to return a rental you will not be contacted until the semester has ended and you are not able to return in person. They state they will bill you if not returned (OK not problem cheaper to bill me for the book then shipping costs to mail back) BUT what they don't tell you is they will bill the card that the rental is purchased with. If that card does not go through (no idea why it didn't) then they will NOT make any effort to contact you but will send it to collections 30 days later...all the while you are thinking they charged you for it no problem. The collection agency will over triple the charge so a $15 book you were supposed to be charged for is now a $55 charge and your credit is now tarnished and will take months to restore if not years!!!!

Had I known this I would have taken off work and driven all they way there to return in person instead of agreeing...

I was charged full price for a rental book that I had previously returned a month prior. When contacting the bookstore they at first assured me that it was not turned in, but then after constant questioning, they finally found the missing book. They offered to give me a refund, but it has yet to be applied. They did not give me a receipt upon rental turn in, which they asked for as proof of the turned in item. I am having troubles getting the refund as they have claimed that it went through and processed to my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BOOKSTORE, UNLESS IT IS THE ONLY OPTION TO GET YOUR BOOKS FOR YOUR COURSE. AMAZON IS CHEAPER AND IS...

The bookstore was a great experience especially for it being my first time having to order books and school supplies. They made me feel very at ease and all staff was very entintive, and extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't second question myself one time on what I was supposed to be getting in order to be ready for all my classes, and that's because they didn't let me leave with having any second doubts.
