Gamers beware, they don't understand gaming.

Been sitting on this awhile but the system just keeps getting worse.

They did fix the power issue, replaced the broken D key, and installed optane. Thats the 2 stars.

Battery won't change past 80% but they didn't replace it, even though they were the ones that told me it was bad. Had to get an USB key board for a laptop because home row keys and enter only work 10% of the time. Never had an issue with the graphics or monitor until the repair but now the screen goes blank randomly, even in low usage. And the biggest hit of all, most of what they charged me was for replacing a hard drive that I had never had a problem out of and they had absolutely 0 reason to scan to begin with. They installed windows to the new drive and office 2010, for some reason. None of my old files were transferred.

Now, (granted months later) the system takes forever to boot and even when windows desktop finally comes up the system remains unresponsive...

I just love this place they are the best! And Rob really knows what he’s doing! They will look at your item give a reasonable price and let you decide if you want it fixed. He has fixed my sons Gaming PC and his PS4 my desktop. I will never take my items anywhere else! I would definitely recommend this...
