I always read the reviews prior to picking up/delivering to new locations. Tell you, I was really not looking forward to my 1300 appt on 9/08/17. I am sure the reviews are accurate but my 1st time picking up here was nothing less than awesome! Arrived at 1130, checked in with an elderly security guard who was very friendly. Gave detailed instructions on safety gear and perfect directions after being released from Guard Shack. The shipping department is the guys who are loading the trailer. I came in on their lunch break but they called me into the office (while off the clock) and were great! Very friendly and professional. I was in a dock and loaded within 30 min. That includes the 15 min it took to load the driver next to me. You do have to do minimal labor to secure YOUR load but if you work for a decent company, they will pay you to do a LITTLE manual labor. So bottom line I had to throw down about 24 non-skid material (less than 1lb each) as the pallets are being loaded and after, nail down small pieces of wood to secure YOUR load. This place is just unbelievable, I got here at around 4 pm in the afternoon, check in and they told me they will call me when they have a dock, but it took them 8 hours just to assign me a dock, they called me around 12 am, after that it took them 2 hours to load my trailer, and instead of giving me the paperwork this people just left I don’t know where I don’t know if they are on break or what they could have just handed me my paperwork since they are already done but I don’t even know how long it’s gonna take them just to hand me the paperwork, honestly this is the worst place ever, it’s my first time here, and I ain’t never coming back...

Check in at the guard shack, dock will be assigned right away. Full truck load, I got loaded in 30 minutes, no wait. They give you a nail gun, you do the bracing yourself, easy. 12 skids take 48 nails, 10 min, if that. Very friendly guys, out within an hour. No overnight parking.
