Stopped in today (4/19 @ 3:30) for an Amazon return. Young girl in yoga pants refused a return to Amazon saying this return was required to be inside another box.
She tried to sell me a box and packing service that would have been about 2/3 the cost of the merchandise.
Needless to say, I went back home. Calling Amazon, found out your employee was WRONG. No additional packaging required. Amazon refunded my purchase and allowed me to keep the merchandise.
The Amazon representative was given the store number & address of the UPS Store.
Definitely the staff needs training about Amazon returns and NOT trying to rip...
Read moreI mailed a package from there that when it arrived at its destination was in a different box and only 3 of the 9 items I mailed were in the box. Even though I paid extra for insurance, my claim has been denied. How can you deny a claim for missing items when you can clearly look at the box size on the mailing label and the box that was received and see that they are not the same. And, to make matters worse, I can’t get Anyone from Corporate to let me know the status. Angela at the local store is about as frustrated as I am and is working to get it taken care of. Read moreThe staff is professional & kind. We used to have a PO Box there. LOVED it. But today, I needed a package mailed out. First, I needed the shipping label printed and taped to the package. The lady did everything for me and it was all free of cost. At the post office we have to pay for tape and do it all ourselves.
