I was so happy to be here and try this icecream for the first time. There were so many delicious flavors..I had to return a couple of times after. The palace was meticulous, the workers were very polite and didn't give me a tiny scoop so high-five✋ You can select from cups, cones, waffle and lots of toppings. I loved it! I wish they would use biodegradable or recyclable spoons but just a thought 💭. Icecream...

We stood in line for close to 30 mins. We were never greeted or acknowledge! The three employees were all fulfilling one order. We noticed a roach 🪳 popping her head in and out of the toppings containers. The place was dirty. There was waffle droppings all over the machine. Customer service was the worse! 👎 The Puerto Rico Health Department should...

Elizabeth was a nice server..Much better customer service than some other Baskin Robbins on the Island. The ice cream was great as usual No freezer burn and super fresh. 🍨🍨🍨 3 scoops, NUTTY COCONUT, BUTTER PECAN AND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ROYALE.....
