Panda Express — Restaurant in Fajardo

I don't often post reviews, but this experience was pathetic. I didn't notice many drive thru locations for this restaurant, I was in a hurry so took a chance to do so. I ordered 3 bowls and a plate and I made some replacements as they are out one dish. When I entered the counter to pay/pickup, they took the money and closed the window and didn't come back for 7-8 minutes, after yelling a few times (they could only see my expressions behind closed window) they opened and said they are out of couple more dishes, so I asked to fill with what they have as I was in hurry and she said the time limit is on me, not on them. I took the bag and found out it's missing a plate. So I parked in front, and entered the store what's happening, guy( probably store manager) asked for receipt and no receipt in the bag they just gave me(no other car behind me either), then he offered to give me the missing plate, i told him to keep it for the worst service. They deliberately made things late and did not update me from window so I wouldn't lose time and waiting behind closed door. Very rude staff, worst...

What has this place become? Bland rice, cold and overcooked meat, careless employees ignoring you when you're at the counter (and drive thru), fortune cookies so stale you can unfold them completely, even the plastic forks aren't individually wrapped anymore. I used to love coming to this place ever since it opened, but today, half of the menu was missing from the bowls, so there were few available options, and even the wheelchair entrance didn't work. If this place is close to shutting down, then I understand the flaws. But if not, then it totally WILL if they keep this up. (Oh, and for anyone wondering: water bottles...

If you like Chinese food this is a good place to eat. It has a great variety of plates. All kind of meats, vegetables, rice or noodles. Place has good prices and very clean. Employees are very.attentive and courteaous. Food is always fresh. Very clean spotless kitchen.

They have quick service and also very fast drive thru. Also has handicap entrance and tables. Restrooms are always clean.
