SNIPES — Local services in Fall River

Im a "sneakerhead" of over 20 years, really Ive loved kicks since i was 6 so u could say 28 years. So I have been to every sneaker store in many states, camped out for shoes back in the day, etc. I will say compared to the super exclusive, top top tier shops, its a 3 star store. Simply based on aesthetic and exclusivity of shoes they receive. But compared with ur average stores especially locally (eblens, footaction, footlocker, olympia- and other mall type stores) I give it 4 stars. Some of the staff is way more helpful than others. Athia (hope i have name right Adia/athia shes a taller pretty indian/white girl) is awesome. She took the time to really help me and my girl find sizes and match some dope outfits. All while being complimentary and enthusiastic not just trying to sell what was most $$$ but what looked hottest. Shes 5stars all say..they have a Better selection than most, they put stuff on sale faster, and have more knowledge. 2 downsides-its BULL that they wont accept credit cards, it is 2018. They let me walk away from a 450$ sale over that. And didnt seem to care (so I doubt they're earning commission). Having worked in retail for a cheap owner, I can only asssume This is for the simple fact that credit cards charge the store NOMINAL fee...(1.50$-2$) per charge...so ull let a $450 sale walk over a couple bucks? Or even a $50 sale from someone who may never return due to this? Lame. Also it sucks they have no dressing room. But I still spend a lot in there. So we all good....

Store sucks! Went there to buy some shoes and they had absolutely zero shoes in size 10 men's I asked to check for size 10 on at least 7 different shoes and not one was in my size. Need less to say the store sucked they had not one nice pair of jordans. Then I went on the app to order a couple pairs of shoes on December 17. They sent me a confirmation email saying they took my money and would send me a email shortly with tracking info now 3 weeks later going on 4 weeks I have not received and email saying they shipped or anything. I have reached out to Snipes customer service at least 3 separate times with no response back from customer service. All around a terrible experience no shoes in store that are regular adult sizes and ordering online seems to be just as useless almost feeling like I've been robbed at this point with the lack of feed back or lack of response from customer service about where my sneakers are after they have already taken my money. Very very very disappointed and will never shop at this place again either in store or...

This place don’t listens to simple directions. Had to come back twice for an order that they messed up again. The oldest of the girls that work there, I think she’s the manager. She’s awesome, but when she’s not there and it’s the younger ones there running the show. If it’s not a shoe you cant buy on the spot. Id suggest u leave or ask when the real manager is going to be there. Heed my warning or order shoes through them at your own risk. 1-10 scale on professionalism they’d get a 4 and a 6 when the real manager is there. This is only one of the 3 issues I’ve encountered with them in 3 months. All occurring when the manager lady...
