Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fall River

This is the fourth time in six months I have tried to order from this restaurant today did it once again I was told there’s no fish no shrimp no coleslaw no beignets. I was told that the businesses are not delivering food to Popeyes by one of the workers I understand it’s not their fault but how many times can you not get food in in a restaurant I was given a cup after I ordered my chicken tender meal and it was a white Styrofoam cup the kind that coffee comes in and when I went to the soda machine half of the machine was broken and there was a sign on it that said no soda I waited for my food which they did not have cooked or prepared I do enjoy the food at this restaurant when it is there but as I said there’s been nothing there the place is Dirty the workers are v ery friendly but they can only do what is there for them to do. I took my bag of food home with me and when I opened it up there was probably eight french fries in it with my five piece tenders. Not good I will now forget about going back there because there’s no food that is advertised on the menus and when you have your workers saying Popeye doesn’t pay the bills that’s why they’re not getting the food in that’s sad. As soon I walk in, it took them about 15 minutes just to take our order. It wasn’t that busy at all. At this point either. Then the cashier gave me attitude and I had to bite my tongue. Absolutely rude. Then we were told it’ll be about 6 minutes and waited 45. Every table was disgusting. They had enough staff members to allow one to go into the lobby to clean up. Finally we got our food and my boyfriend’s and my chicken sandwich was ALL bread. I also never seen such fluorescent yellow on my chicken sandwich before. About 10 hours later I wake up in the middle of my sleep will horrible chills and stomach cramps then head to run to the bathroom because I was sick. No doubt that I got food poisoning AGAIN. Third times NOT a charm. First two times my chicken was pink and cold then this last time I figured I try it again thinking after 2 years it’ll be better and my boyfriend wanted to try it. NOPE. I will never eat at a Popeyes again. Like someone already wrote, if you want want some good chicken go to KFC or Chick-fil-A. We arrived at EXACTLY 9:30 and proceeded to go inside where we were greeted by an unfriendly employee. We asked for a chicken sandwich and the reply was that they didn’t have any because they had turned off the fryer at 9:30. I was a little confused because it made it seem like they were closed even though they closed at 10PM. They said they only had bone in chicken and I believe only fries. I asked if they had any other sides and was ignored. Me and my sister had decided that we would go somewhere else and said to her I thought they closed at 10 and she rudely replied something along the lines they turn off the fryer at 9:30. If they are not able to offer more than 2 items off there menu they shouldn’t say they close at 10 if they are not willing to make food past 9:30. I’ve worked in food industry and this demonstrates laziness and an easy way to leave EARLY at exactly 10 and get everything done before hand.
