In February, my wife and I got two MacBook Pro’s and a tablet. We started our agreement online as it says, “$10 starts your first week.” So we did that.
When we got there, everything was fine until the manager Jessica got involved. She told us we had to pay two weeks up front before we could leave. This was after we signed our contracts.
I showed them everything that said otherwise of what she stated. She fraudulently trapped us into paying the two weeks before we got our merchandise.
We made several complaints to their corporate office. Although they agreed with what I had stated to them, they were not helpful at all.
My opinion, don’t ever buy or lease from them. Bad business.
