I’ve spent over $1,000 at this shop in the past couple of years, but that’s stops today after the owner angrily grumbled at me. I brought my electric scooter inside because I didn’t have a lock — not ideal, I get it. But instead of a simple request, the owner came at me with a glare and a tone that felt way over the top.

“Do you have a lock?” “No, I’m sorry.” “Don’t bring the scooter in anymore.” “Okay, I just don’t have anywhere to put it, sorry” “Do you have a chain?” “No, sorry.” “THEN GO BUY A CHAIN.”

When I said, “I’ll just stop coming no problem,” he fired back, angrily grumbling with “NO! JUST BUY A CHAIN.”

That kind of interaction doesn’t leave a good taste. He clearly dosent have the skills needed to deal with customers, let alone run a store. A little respect goes a long way. You can enforce a policy without making...

Nice people, however they didn’t have quality help making the sandwiches over the holiday. Seemed like the regular crew were making the sandwiches for takeout. I’m a vegetarian, and options are limited. They ran out of some veggies. The avacado came out of a plastic wrapper which i removed. I said throw a small scoop of tuna in bc all I had was lettuce and a few tomatoes. Couple onions. I would hv been better off getting prepared salad. I told the person maybe you could uv some walnuts, cranberries… they looked at me like I was strange for saying that! Don’t waste your money unless you want a lot...

Amazing sandwich shop! Was in the area for a few weeks and had to regularly feed up to 20 people. The ability to order online and pick up was a life saver. I'd put the order in and by the time I arrived about 25 min, sandwiches were ready- even for the days I was ordering 20 sandwiches. Amazing customer service, everyone was professional and working incredibly hard to get sandwiches out the door. Fresh ingredients and unique specialty sandwiches. We were able to go through the entire menu a few times and no one could pick a favorite. You're missing out if you go...
