NDSU Parking and Transportation Services — Local services in Fargo

One of the most power-hungry departments on campus. Been displaying my permit the same way for 3 years and got a ticket one day so I appealed because I've never even had a warning. BUT in my appeal they said they gave me warning for improperly displaying my permit in a PAY LOT (Memorial) !!! Where you don't even use permits. Funny thing is, your permit number is printed on your citation ticket and your license plate/car/VIN are all tied to your permit so they know you have one even if you forget to display or if it's "improperly displayed". This department definitely needs to be reformed/changed but I'm sure it never will since everyone's heads are up...

Rude and not helpful. Sent an unclear email of where I was able to park and when I called to talk with them about it was met with a very rude lady. The most useless office on campus. Never get cleaning done in winter and parking lots are full of snow. To clean other lots they just dump all the student cars on NQ lot and I don't have a place to park even though I have my permit for $185.
