This attention to detail greatly enhances the overall experience and allows for an immersive and enjoyable event.
The staff at the FARGODOME deserves special recognition for their excellent service. From the moment I entered the venue, I was greeted with friendly faces and helpful assistance. Read moreWe attended the Journey/Def Leppard concert July 28,2018. Very frustrating & disappointing. Parking was a nightmare given they scheduled this concert same time the as the Blue Angels Airshow , that was brilliant planning on someone's part! The lines to get inside we're longer than the Garth Brooks concert last year, made no sense. The bathroom lines were the longest ive ever seen at the Fargodome. The event staff was awful!!! Very rude and sarcastic, started before we even got in the door, couldn't understand it given we didn't consume any alcohol. Its almost as if they were trained to be awful to the concert attendees. We paid $300 for our tickets to be treated this way, then Journey's sound system was awful, very muffled and too much bass. Thank God literally for Def Leppard. They saved the night with a stellar performance! ! They're sound system was outstanding along with their performance. They are still on top of their game! Love to see them again but, not at the Fargodome !! People are paying the event staffs wages, they need to frickin keep that in mind for future events or people will go elsewhere like the Scheels Arenas, Alerus Center, Blue Stem to name a few. I...
Read moreIt was... okay, I guess. Drove in from Mpls for the Marilyn Manson & Rob Zombie show. Blue seats are hard, small, and flimsy. Red seats were a little better. Lines honestly weren't terrible for beer and bathrooms, so that was good. It was nice that there were high top tables to stand at near the beer lines. Security was questionable. People were legit opening random exit doors and propping them open with their feet to smoke and let people in from the exterior, and it took several minutes for security to do anything about it. Kind of defeats the purpose of checking bags and going through metal detectors if people can just come straight through the exit doors from outside without a ticket...... So that was scary. The staff in the bright yellow jackets were really kind though. But the security needs an overhaul. I don't think I'd return, mostly for safety purposes.
Oh, and get screens next to the stage for the people in the seats! I was dumbfounded that there weren't any! It was really a bummer to not be able to actually see Manson performing. So I guess we paid to listen, which is still worth it I suppose, but seriously. You...
