I used to go to this taco bell DAILY !!! Was very happy with the service and food quality! But the last two to three months this location on 19th avenue North has turned into a dive with hoodlums running the store at night hours!! Now mind you I have lived in north Fargo SIX YEARS , have never been so disgusted or disrespected as I have by these people ! AND I am contacting corporate! You should be shut down! First I go there at 8 pm on a Friday to find the doors locked! For some smart mouthed little girl in taco bell uniform tell me THE LOBBY IS CLOSED WE ARE SHORT STAFFED TONIGHT GO THREW THE DRIVE THREW. Then get to the drive the to tell me that the speaker is broken pull ahead! TO GET TO THE WINDOW TO BE TOLD THE GRILL IS BROKEN THEY CAN'T MAKE ANY FOOD! To be told the slushi machine also was broken! Now this is pervious times! And other times I've waited a half hour for wrong food cold food disgusted I STOPPED GOING TO THIS LOCATION! WELL TONIGHT WAS IT!!!! I order a mini beef quesadilla witch they just put it into a soft shell taco after arguing with them because they said they don't have them! Then order chicken quesdilla cheesy fesita potatoes with cool ranch taco. The taco was just a hard shell and believe me if I could attach a picture right now I would!!! ROTTEN LETTUCE RIGHT WHEN YOU OPEN IT!!!! then open up the taco and it looks like some spit in it now mind you I am 25 I know the difference between grease and spit or some other fluid and it isn't grease! The shell is soggy disgusting brown lettuce I'm uphold! Then bite into my chicken quesdilla and it's cold beyond cold that the cheese isn't even melted !!!! Im talking full blown cheese unmelted and seriously cold chicken not even heat lamp warm!!!! Then I had to ask for my pop to be filled up because they can't even mange to fill the pop correctly!!!!! I'm disgusted i threw all of it away not knowing if I can trust those people working there to properly prepare food not to mention I'm pregnant so that chicken wouldn't of been good if it wasn't cooked properly !! I am beyond furious and I'm going to contact corporate immediately!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the potatoes were raw! I mean like I said I was a daily customer here now I will NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL IT'S UNDER DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT LOOKS INTO IT

Read moreAs I walked into the Taco Bell at 1599 19th Ave N in Fargo, ND, I took one last look at the big purple logo above the front door as I stepped inside. The first thing I noticed as I entered the building was how the cold, stony atmosphere of the interior clashed with the vibrant, authentic, cultural identity of the restaurant's main foods, tacos and burritos. The cold browns and grays initially turned me off, but as I waited in line to order, I grew in appreciation for the utilitarian nature of the styling. At Taco Bell, you don't come to enjoy the atmosphere. No, when you go to Taco Bell, you come to eat cheap tacos. Not to look at the goldarn walls. As I was saying, the touchscreen ordering kiosks were all turned off, so waiting in line was the only option for me if I wanted to get food at the Bell, since their app wouldn't let me enter any form of payment. Shame. However, when I did order, the process was very smooth and the man behind the counter was friendly and respectful. I smiled and thanked him after ordering as I turned to walk to the side and wait for my food. (Order to go, by the way. I prefer to eat my Taco Bell in my car.) No sooner than I had taken a step away that I heard my name called. "Dylan?" said the worker who set my order on the counter. I looked with an expression of astonishment for a moment. Taco Bell was usually pretty quick, but never this quick. I regained my composure as I smiled, nodded, and thanked the worker. A cheesy bean and rice burrito and a cheesy double beef burrito. My favorite order at Taco Bell because of its consistency and cost-effectiveness. My friend who accompanied me on my mission who ordered a quesadilla and taco combo meal's order did take longer, but that's to be expected since you need to cook the item, not just assemble the item (like a burrito). My verdict? 4/5 - pretty good. It's a Taco Bell. My food was fast and I got in and out quick, not much more to say. I think I'll be coming here again when I want an effective and cheap meal. Thank you...
Read moreMy experience with Taco Bell is personal but I would like everyone to know about the business as well as managements. I had an great job I enjoyed for 8 months. Wanted extra money because I wanted to save to move out of town. Well got an part time job at Taco Bell North Fargo .was hired by an lady by the name of Tracy, after 3 weeks of working was asked can become an night time manger for Taco Bell full time. I thought about for 2 weeks after being asked on several occasions so I asked for 12.50 cause at at 12 with my current job. Was assured I was getting my pay starting Feb 28th. So 2 week notice now am full time withthese after getting paid once questions my pat was told a lie on 3 different pay checks so went to cooperate to only be told I was not an manger that I qui6 NY primary job for and I make 11 dollars an hour mind you am acting as an manger. So my hours was stolen worked more than 80 hours 2weeks had proof of my hours had proof of Tracy GM conversation if pay and hours. And was not paid for it was not apologized too. So I just want people to know I had a. Awful experience with them I will never work or recommend them for employment. Not will I ever spend my money their I dislike dishonest people. And companies who don't correct their mistakes. So with that said Taco Bell you went from being aan good company in the 90 to being all about the money the turn over rate is outrageous.....
