I am having a challenging time with this review, as I feel like there is a lot of emotion involved, but I will start from the beginning. My initial meeting with Beth went great. She was knowledgeable about the products and had ideas for the design of my kitchen of which I hadn’t even thought. I did some research on all types of cabinets, functionality, and layouts - but she did have some other ideas that were extremely helpful. The design process was a little rough, as we were not connecting with what I had imagined in my mind for the layout. She suggested I work with Luke, as he is an expert in this industry. Luke was great when it came to answering my questions, responding to the hundreds of emails I sent, helping me design my dream kitchen, etc. I felt heard and I respected Luke for that.
We are now at the point where all the problems began. I paid the remainder of the balance and was told I would receive a phone call on Saturday with a time for the Tuesday delivery. No one reached out as they promised, and their business is closed on Sunday's and Monday's. I did have Luke's personal number, as it was listed on his business card, however no answer or response to a text message. We were blind when it came to scheduling all the other crew members as this project was a new build. I think Cabinetland would understand from a construction aspect how important a schedule is in this situation. The cabinets were delivered, and the crew began organizing the material to install. However, we quickly realized we had zero direction on how to put the corner pantry together, and an instruction manual was not included. I called and emailed a dozen times as we had our finishing crew standing around doing nothing because the starting point had to be the pantry. We finally received a call back and was told there were no instructions to give, and we received less than mediocre assistance. Still blind in constructing the layout, we received another email the NEXT day stating the driver should have dropped off instructions when the cabinets were delivered, and payment was received. The ball was obviously dropped as I satisfied the balance per the agreement and did not receive instructions. The cabinets were dropped off and again, did not receive instructions. As a reminder, we were then told there were no instructions, and then told the next day there should have been instructions……
I am sure you can see my frustration. Once Cabinetland received the remainder of our money, their customer service and diligence were no longer top-notch. I scrambled and did everything I could to ensure my cabinets would be installed and mounted properly. THIS WAS NOT MY JOB AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY DUTY. I reached out to Schrock corporation because I was left with no other option. A couple of days passed and suddenly Cabinetland was doing their job as they should have from the beginning. I cannot say that I would recommend Cabinetland due to our experience and the unnecessary stress they added to the project, to us, and to the crew members, but I would absolutely recommend Schrock cabinets. Save yourself the headache and find a different distributer, but I would without a doubt choose Schrock … these cabinets are amazing, built to last, and they really are an excellent product with...
   Read moreOur experience started out with some pretty good customer services. They drew up all of our cabinets in their program and gave us print outs of what it would look like. We waited about 6 weeks for them to arrive. When they delivered, they only gave us 30 minutes notice that they were coming. When the delivery guy was unloading the cabinets, instead of using a dolly, he was turning them end over end. When we opened all of them, there was one that was cracked and broken. As we were going through the delivered product, there were missing pieces. This was also when we realized that we were going to have to cut pieces of the cabinets to make it fit. This was not explained to us and it made putting them together very difficult. There were absolutely NO instructions on how to assemble them. When we called to have the broken cabinet replaced, they were adamant that they sent all the correct pieces, and I had to tell them many times that we were missing some of the product. The replacement and missing product took another 4 weeks to be delivered, and then the missing product wasn't even correct when they sent it. When I spoke with the general manager and expressed my frustration, he NEVER apologized for the inconveniences and just kept saying, "that's how cabinetry works." We requested some sort of refund for the hassle we have been put through and the response we got was, "We will request a refund but it likely won't happen because we have replaced everything you asked of us." We are currently still waiting on the second set of missing product. Overall this has been the most frustrating experience and I absolutely would NEVER recommend this...

Brent and everyone at Cabinetland very professional and helpful in the process. The process of selecting and detailing the kitchen cabinets was easy, visited the showroom twice and Brent came to the house to do final in place measurements.
