Rude!!!! The parking lot is covered in snow and ice to the point where you can’t see parking lines and arrows and such. I actually pulled into the parking lot backwards parked realized I was parked the wrong direction after seeing about 6 inches of an exposed line so I turned around and parked the correct direction near the door. After receiving my food the gal taking my money politely said hey your in a handicap spot by the way. I explained I’m not from the area so don’t know how folks normally park. there’s no signs posted and the wheelchair pictures and blue lines and such are under the snow. The gal that made my sandwich said oh so you just decide to park in the of the door and walked off😂. Keep in mind I’m the only person there at this point zero customers inside or outside . I was told they have problems where folks park wherever they want I simply said clear your parking lot up it...
Read moreFirst time in a long time since I’ve been to Subway. The chain had received negative press in recent years. This time, I thought my multigrain brews tasted fresh baked. My vegetables were fresh. I like my tomatoes, onions, and olives toasted with my sandwich. It was flavorful. I do miss the chicken patties. But that item had been gone for years. It does hurt the meat to veggies ratio by cutting back in the meat portion. Still, my sandwich was very good I’ve always been a fan of their white chocolate chip cookies. Today, the cookies tasted fresh. Soft and chewy. It met my standards.
The person serving g us could not have been nicer. Very helpful and friendly. My wife and I felt comfortable in the restaurant the whole time.

Read morePlaced an order to the wrong location. Called to ask to cancel it about 2-3 minutes after placing it and per my app it was not ready (as shown in the photos). Peggy whom answered the first time was extremely unpleasant and let me know both sandwiches were already made so I could not cancel it when I asked why she just continued to be rude. I called back and Damien answered and was very pleasant and explained their process on online orders. I’d suggest making it so they can mark the order ready and the customer can see if it is too late to cancel it. Honestly if it wasn’t for Peggy’s attitude I would have just let it go but I was calm and just wanted to know why. If she did not know the answer then she should have said that instead...
