We rolled in with a herd of 11 hungry people, ready to test their seating efficiency—and they passed with flying colors! No wait, no stress, just good ol' fashioned hospitality. 😁🪑

The vibe? Think Mayberry meets a bottomless cup of coffee. ☕ The staff and fellow diners made us feel like regulars—like we’ve been coming here every Saturday since the dawn of time. 🏡❤️

Now, let’s talk about the food. I’m a simple soul when it comes to breakfast, so I went with the plain pancakes and a ham steak. And let me tell you—those pancakes? Perfect!👌😋 It took me straight back to childhood breakfasts, where life was simple, syrup was plentiful, and the biggest worry was getting the last piece of crispy ham. 🍽️🎭

Meanwhile, the rest of the crew had Mickey Mouse pancakes 🐭🥞 (with chocolate chips, of course!), French toast loaded with strawberries 🍓🍌 and bananas, and the legendary cinnamon roll that deserves its own fan club. 🤩✨ Let’s just say not a crumb was left behind!

If you walk away hungry from this place, it’s either because you made some questionable life choices, or because you don’t understand the meaning of good food. Farmers Café delivers hometown cooking at its absolute best! Highly recommend, 11 out of 11 satisfied eaters! 🎉🍽️

If you like fast food style food from the "McD" place or the "BK" food gettin business then this is not the place for you. If you want good service bringing out excellent food then you need to stop here. Had the chicken and rice soup to start. WOW. Definitely homemade. Wife like it so much we left with 2 quarts for dinner. Wife had the chicken alfredo. Loads of chicken nicely seared and cooked properly. Full of juice. The alfredo sauce was excellent. Can tasre the garlic but not overbearing with enough sauce to go with the pasta but not drown it. I went overboard with biscuits and sausage gravy then the smothered chopped steak. Sausage gravy was very good. Doesnt have that burnt flour taste you find with alot of homemade diner gravies. Biscuits were nice, light, fluffy, good sized biscuits. Easier way to say it is "Mom style". Smothered chopped steak, what can I say about that, well not enough. Was cooked to order, medium, and it came out right. Green peppers werent bitter and went well with the mushrooms and onions. This is something I would order again and again. And last but not least our server was quite attentive. I ordered $60.00 worth of breakfast to-go and tried to feed my grandkids and myself and daughter. We got sausage gravy and skillets. It was SO salty, no one would eat it, myself included! All the food was thrown in the garbage! I called and the manager said she would give me credit as the kids (both under three) were so hungry we just whipped up a quick breakfast at her home instead of making the kids wait once again, for breakfast. A couple months later I tried to get my “credit” and called three times! The first time I called the manager wasn’t in and she gave me her time she would be there, so I waited and called two more times over a period of an hour and manager still wasn’t there even though it was now lunch hour?? In a world of caller ID someone could have returned my call, or even taken a message, but I believe I was getting the run around as they did not want to make it right for the sum of sixty dollars. As a business owner myself, I would never, ever do this to one of my customers!! I now spend my money at Dewey’s as their food is...
