Facility is great, big gym for the FB community. It’s always clean & smells amazing! However, the staff could improve their customer service greetings, every time I come in there’s one or two members at the front desk but they barely say hi or grin at you. 2-3 out of the 6 (approx) members I’ve seen say hi & look at you in the eye, the others don’t even acknowledge you (mostly girls), the staff looks very serious & some of them even side eye you. Big shout out to the tall with glasses young man that always smiles at you when u come in, i don’t know his name but keep up the great work, you make the gym a welcoming area! When it comes to big facilities like this I understand it could be hard to keep up with every member but it can always be improved. I’ve realized that this facility is ran under young employees therefore it shouldn’t be that hard to engage with those who come in through the door since a lot of young people come here to exercise. So I tried cimin in for the first time ever since it had been redone yrs back. I had called several times in the past and was told it was free for anyone who had a farmers branch ID like once or twice a month or free period. We'll when i get there there they try to tell me it's not free. So what I fomind appalling is yall will take the city's tax dollars to pay to redo this place which is our money that is spent on that. Our tax dollars. But then ya want to charge us that payed for it to get in ya that's illegal. That's theft. If your using the city's tax dollars to apt for it those that live in the city and have farmers branch ID shouldn't have to pay for it. At all. Cause we already did when yall used the our tax dollars to redo the place.
