Don't order in this place. There is a cashier with her arm covered in tattoos and she can't even make a simple order. I order my food by phone because I didn't really wanted to wait because that place in my opinion is a little dirty but I enjoy the food. Well I order my food by phone and this new casher that have her arm cover in tattoos took my order and couldn't even tell my how much it was going to be. Well when I arrive they only took half of my order saying that she didn't take the other half because she was to busy. The place was empty and now I know exactly why. I was basically forced to reorder my order because this incompetent couldn't take an order by phone. She said her name was Maria but I don't think so because she hesitate when I ask about her name. Not to mention she didn't apologize for not taking my order or anything. This place is losing quality and lack basic...

This was my first time here. I ordered a large mangonada with fruit and my friend order something similar to mines but with strawberry. There was a sign that said 20 bars/$25 or 1bar/$1.25. They are made from real fruit/ice cream. I didn't get 20 but I got 7 our children and my friends husband. Our total came out to $30 and for 2 large ice creams and 7 bars I think that's a good price. My only complaint was my friend and I saw one of the servers make the same cups as mine and my friend and it was a lot better packed than ours. My friend says where's the consistency? I ordered a pickup order for ground beef with cheese gorditas and they gave me all cheese gorditas. I called back and they proceeded to tell me I asked for cheese only and they only charged me for that. Why anyone would order cheese only gorditas is beyond me. If that was the case i would have ordered quesadillas. They wouldn't replace it unless I paid for the meat. Take it they charged me the normal price of the meat gordita and extra for the cheese and still wanted to charge for their mistake!!very...
