When you're an A/V dealer, you have to meet or beat your strict competition. Some would say that it's pretty cutthroat while others just breeze by charging huge markups for the same products as you. To this day, I don't know how those guys do it, but I believe that Wave has something to do with it. They have great prices, (some are even negotiable with volume) and excellent service - all of the salespeople are or were A/V installers or Dealers at some point, so when I ask a question I know that the person who provides the answer knows what they're talking about. The showrooms may not be up to date every time you come by, but they're certainly impressive enough to bring your clients in. I just had to deliver to this company. Yes they are extremely strict on appointment times. I had a 9am appointment and could not get in the dock until that exact time. The street they're located on also prohibits truck parking unless you're there for an appointment within a short time period. Plus their dock area is really tight. Considering the customer cars and company cars blocking your way. They may move their cars, or they may not. I'm just in a semi 53' foot trailer trying to get in/out the parking lot. Who cares.
