Royal Chopstix — Restaurant in Farmers Branch

I have eaten here before covid. I was super excited to bring my friends here but we lefted dispointed. And today and the older guy was so nice and sweet. I got the beef egg roll, spring egg roll, and wonton. The beef didn't have a lot of meat in it like it use to(had more vegatables). The spring egg was full of grease and the wonton were over cooked. I know the quality was way better then this before covid. I attempted to tell the girl at the counter this and she start arguing me down talking about o you must have went somewhere else. And this how they normal are. She didn't show no empathy nor apologize. She onlynoffer a redo after I said something about it and she said they could remake it with little cook. Now who wants their food not done. So rude. Don't come here their food quality has gone down and customer service is horrible. There are other options...

We were staying in the hotel behind the restaurant. We originally ordered Chuy's delivery but our visa gift card didn't work for delivery so we did pickup at royal chopsticks,where we could walk and pickup. We were a little on edge because of the reviews,but we were hungry and didn't wanna drive anywhere. So we took the risk!! I don't know why there is so many bad reviews. Our food was delicious and the amount of food for the price was way more than expected. Also the customer service was subpar!!! The sweet lady running the cash register was so sweet!! She conversated with us and asked where we from. She also acted very grateful for the $5 we tipped her.plz don't forget about our small business owners and respect them. If you left a bad review then you are just picky and ungrateful. Thank you Royal Chopsticks for my next day egg drop soup and fried rice...

This has got to be the absolute WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had in my 54 years. I’ve been sick for five days with no food or water so I wanted egg drop soup and king pao chicken. It tasted like retirement home food and I know this because I worked in senior care for years! It wasn’t spicy AT ALL! And don’t even get me started on their version of what they are calling “fried rice” this place is a f’ing joke. Called to tell them my issues with my order hoping they’d say bring it back in and we will remake it. Nope! Just told it is what it is! Never eating here again.
