I have been a client of Tamara for 20 years, starting from when she first had a boutique on Pearl Street in Hartford back in the early 2000’s. I can wholeheartedly say that not only does she have fabulous taste, but she has the unique ability to empower women through fashion – something you don’t often come across. For her, it’s not just about “making a sale”, she truly wants you to feel good in what you are wearing; I can somewhat jokingly say that she won’t let you buy anything unless you absolutely love it ;)

I absolutely love the Kira denim jumpsuit I purchased online from Dakota Stone Boutique. I found this amazing boutique when I was searching for this exact jumpsuit online. I was so excited to find it after seeing Tiffany Haddish wear it in the movie Like A Boss (see photos). The icing on the cake was when Tamara reached out to me to ask how it fit and if I was happy with my purchase. We ended up talking on the phone for hours, and I was impressed with her commitment to making sure her customers are truly happy. Tam goes the extra mile to make her customers feel beautiful, confident and empowered. I live in California and really hope I have the opportunity to visit her brick and mortar boutique in Connecticut because it looks absolutely gorgeous from the pictures I’ve seen. I also hope I have the opportunity to meet Tamara in person because she is beautiful inside and out, and I feel like I have made a wonderful friend in her.
